Return Policy

- Refund is available within 7 days of reception.

- You must notify us at support@atknsn.zendesk.com within 3 days of delivery that you wish to return the product to us.

- The smart product must be unopened and returned in its original packaging with all the accessories, manuals and registration card, if any.

- The customer is responsible for the shipping of package back to ATKNSN - Smart Home Automation Solutions.

- The refund will be issued once the investigation is ended and the shipping costs will be excluded. We will notify you once the refund is issued so you can track it with the bank.
